One important advice is to strive to create positive habits while eliminating harmful ones. However, it is difficult to stick to the routines. I've attempted to write a list of my goals year after year, but I virtually never finish them. I believe that we should take little moves first.
For example, I wish to be in better health bitlife. As a result, I need to exercise at least three times a week and consume a nutritious diet. However, I enjoy quick eats.
My aim is to start eating cleaner meals. However, I plan to gradually reduce my use of fast meals.
As a starting step, I want to walk around my flat twice a week.
