For the last month, I’ve been keeping a small journal every day on how I feel and what was the circumstances leading to that. After my own observations and a lot of reading on what attracts/repels women, I find it fascinating how much of us actions as humans are rooted from the tree of reproduction. If one thinks of the roots and the base of the tree as the need to reproduce, you will find that the branches or actions of we humans are results of the roots/base of the tree. Reproduction is the foundation. That was one of the reasons I decided I had to cut down on masturbation.
Okay, off to the gym I go:)

Placebo or not I swear I can feel more power in my testicles today. I’m determined. I’m also feeling mentally alert (though I am tired from lack sleep and I can really feel that) in a different way.
I’ve had trouble with self sacrifice in the past. Anybody here ever beat this problem while not masturbating?

i’m still reading the real donnie darko site and though long and confusing at times, it’s been enlightening respecting the negative effects of orgasm; not only that, through this and other readings and personal experience, now in my thirties, i’ve come to the conclusion that celibacy is a plus. But real abstinence not for the sake of sex, and not thinking about it; that’s where real “not-masturbating”is. You will be really amazed when you realize how much more powerful you become from a day of not even thinking about sex (hence the role of meditation) as compared to two weeks without it but thinking of it. The deal is that that’s is mental masturbation, and it definitely affects the physical, you will produce those hormones, the organ will get flooded with blood, your chemistry will change and energy will sip away from your organs; not only orgasm is bad, also thinking of sex will release valuable chemicals and fluids from your body, for instance through the urine, without going into more complicated detail.
Just experiment a few days of total-abstinence, it begins and continues in the mind, fending off temptation after temptation like flies: don’t look at that ass, look about something else, do something else, make a difference, change…you’ll notice something…
