Switching gears, we know that women are intensely herd-based, so their judgment is based on the herd’s ideas, which is morality. Men’s judgment is more varied–some are herd-based, but some are based on ethical systems, which are intellectual and principled. I suspect that the more intelligent a person is, the more likely that person is to rely on principles and ethics. Hence, you will find that intelligent (1+ SD) women are outliers in judgment. Mentat stuff going on here, I can’t give a logical, compelling argument for it yet.

Luckily we dont need evopsych to look into it. We dont need to find the why to describe what is.

Girls are, compared to men, in general:

– More emotional / in less control of their emotions
– More solipist / things matter as long as they matter to “them”
– Less selfless / their happiness first
– More judgeamental / todo lists, etc

“Justice”, or a justice system is like a razor that destroys those beautiful special flowers and their needs and wants and adheres them to a line, in other words what men call justice translates to “what’s just for me” for the female frame, so it’s not “justice” anymore.
