I gotta say this is the part – the sexual attraction – which I am most confused at as a traditional Christian man, late to the game (but improving myself fast and has good alpha potential), but still not too late (as I’m still quite young, 20s).
This is the part that I am now struggling badly for the past few days, and I might even consider giving up my faith. Apologies for my rant, but I am now at a personal crisis, as I am contemplating if I should give up something that matters a lot to me.
It’s said it’s almost impossible to find a Western woman today who has obeyed the Church’s teaching on pre-marital sex 100%. If you can even find a woman who will only have sex in a LTR, it’s already very good. So what happens if a woman, even a Churchian or practicing Christian woman, wants sex from me? As I read on a secular seduction site – “What happens when a man meets a woman who’s sexually experienced and he doesn’t want to perform? Game over.” I’ll say I’d give it, if only my faith wasn’t holding me back.
I find it discouraging that folks in my church just shook their head and said I don’t know how to help you, yet expressed unapologetically – sex before the wedding is sin. And it’s a big, big sin. This includes cohabitation. I find it hypocritical that they tell me – “Just say no”, “say no to the world”, and hell-fire to the disobedient. So yeah, get into a gov. mandated contract that has no-fault divorce, eh? I’ll pass, not unless I’m 99% sure the woman won’t easily cheat. And how did Christian slaves got married in the New Testament era? Did they need a marriage license from the Gov? This ain’t Christendom no more!
The part I find most dishonest – in all churches I have been to – is that those who break the rules (doesn’t matter if it’s ONS, LTR or what) to sleep with women, marry (some even speak at the pulpit) then speak in a self-righteous attitude and tell people like me what they did was not right, or “JUST SAY NO.”
